The geared column and crank provide mechanically assisted lift that allows you to lift equipment weighing as much as 99 lb to heights up to 96.5" using only one hand. For safety, this stand features a built-in self-locking mechanism which keeps the center column from descending unexpectedly, and it has a wide footprint of 50.4". In addition, a leveling leg is included to help you make sure your stand is even before hoisting your equipment into the air.
